What is the Eco-worthy referral mechanism?

The Eco-worthy referral program rewards our registered members for inviting friends or family to shop on the Eco-worthy website. Both the referrer and the referred friend can receive rewards for a successful referral.

 

Here's how to participate:

  1. The referrer must log in to the Eco-worthy loyalty member page and get their exclusive referral link.
  2. Share the exclusive link with friends or family.
  3. When a friend clicks the link and submits their email to complete the subscription, they will instantly receive a C$25 discount code. When the friend successfully completes their first order, the referrer will receive a C$25 reward.

Where can I view the rewards I have received?

After logging into your Eco-worthy account, you can view your referral rewards in the following two ways:

 

Via the loyalty widget:
Click the loyalty widget in the lower-left corner of the website, then click "Discounts" to display the discount codes you have received.

 

Via the loyalty page:
Log in to the loyalty member page and click the "Coupons" button. The widget will pop up and display the discount codes you have received.

What are the rules regarding link tracking and order cancellation?

Unique link tracking: Each referred friend must use a unique referral link. If a friend receives multiple referral links, the reward will be allocated to the referrer whose link was actually used at checkout.

 

Order cancellation or refund processing: If the referred friend's order is canceled or fully refunded, the referral order amount will be deducted from your referral record accordingly. If you have already received the reward prior to this, we reserve the right to adjust the reward.

Do I need to register an account to participate in the Eco-worthy referral program?

If you are the referred friend, you do not need to register an account to enjoy the C$25 discount. Simply complete the subscription to receive the discount code and use it on your first order.

 

If you are the referrer, you need to have an Eco-worthy account to obtain your exclusive referral link and receive the referral reward.

Is the referral reward only a C$25 discount coupon?

Currently, the referral reward is a C$25 discount coupon. As an Eco-worthy loyalty member, the referral reward types will be updated from time to time (e.g., percentage discounts, free products, etc.). Please refer to the activity page for the latest details. Join early to enjoy more diverse rewards.

Can I refer anyone?

You can only refer new customers. The referred friend must be a new user who has never registered or made any purchase on Eco-worthy before.

Can coupons be combined/stacked?

No. The C$25 referral discount cannot be combined with other discount codes on the site. Only one coupon can be used per order.

Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can receive?

No limit! The more friends you refer, the more rewards you will receive. Rewards are uncapped.

My friend has placed an order, but I haven't received my reward. What should I do?

Please contact our customer support team directly at: service@eco-worthy.com, and provide your referral link or relevant order information. We will check the referral record for you.
